I've been battling with menstrual migraines & headaches for over 2 years. I've tried several different things to help, but I still got pounding headaches every month. One day saw a post how massages can help. So I contacted Ellen asking when to schedule an appointment to be effective. After the 1st massage, felt some results. Headaches were not as severe or as long. Came back a 2nd time & felt amazing. Only had a couple very mild headaches, and felt like myself. Thank you Ellen!! I'll continue to come on every month as it is working better than anything else I've tried in almost 3 years.

Ellen is incredible. She is patient, and concerned that you are happy and well. I’d always avoided massage because of anxiety, but she makes me feel completely comfortable and is helping my neck and head pain immensely. Recommend!
