Jo has many years experience and it really shows; I was impressed with her professionalism from her professional appearance to her lovely caring nature. She made me feel at ease the whole time and we had great conversations. I was blown away with the result. I had waxing + lash lift/tint + brows done and it looks amazing, i received many compliments 👏 the process was not uncomfortable at all and I have no discomfort hours afterwards. I won't be going anywhere else, I am so happy with the service and care from all :)

It was a very enjoyable experience with more than I expected. If there’s one thing erring on negative it is that the eyebrow tint is much darker and a bit uneven in shape and colour. It appears as if one particular area has been missed, allowing that it could be to do with lack of hair.

Clean and warm, methodical treatment i had with Makenzie, the first time round i had the Classic eyelash extensions and felt i needed more volume so opted for the Hybrid this time , much happier with the result .
