The whole experience felt relaxed and professional, which made it even more enjoyable. My laminated lashes turned out absolutely amazing I’m obsessed! They look so full, lifted, and perfectly done. She is so gentle! Usually I dread going for a Brazilian wax as it was always so painful but I will definitely do it more regularly with Joanne and her gently touch. The atmosphere is also so inviting and it felt like we already knew each other for years! I can 100% recommend het for any treatment!
