I cannot recommend Sam Blow Bar enough! Sam always knows exactly what my hair needs, and I leave every appointment feeling like myself again-only more confident. His blowouts are absolutely incredible and usually last me an entire week. The staff is wonderful, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making every visit a great experience from start to finish. The new salon is beautiful, with a modern and stylish interior that feels both luxurious and comfortable. Sam is very talented! I had a terrible haircut (from someone else) in trying to mask that I found Sam. He gave me a great blow out that completely hid the terrible haircut I received the day before. I had so many compliments after the blowout, people told me my hair has never looked so good. I will definitely be back! As a matter of fact, I scheduled for a haircut with Sam next week!

I somehow think GMM Nails is one of Highland Parks best kept secrets! I come here regularly because Laura does beautiful job--careful, attentive to detail, efficient and timely. It's an hour or so when I can let my head relax because I don't have any second guesses about the quality of the job! After an extensive search of nail salons in Highland Park, I’ve FINALLY found the BEST!! Laura is so sweet & professional. The salon is clean, relaxing & conveniently located with easy street parking & a covered garage across the street. My nails are VERY sensitive and my pedicure easily lasts a month (with Dazzle Dry) and best of all, it’s reasonably priced! You can make your appointment online too with confirmation via email/text. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Amazing attention to detail! I dont know the last time I left a review but she was remarkable. She was so attentive and wanted to make sure the shape and length were what I wanted. Also, so often on a gel mani, a little skin/cuticle gets attached and it looks fine at first, but grows out poorly. I could tell she was determined to keep the polish on the nail only. If I lived closer, I would only go here!

I loved seeing Sam yesterday- The Best blowdry! People stop me everywhere I go!! So happy he opened a full service salon with such talented hairdressers doing color and everything! Even a barber for men, woman and children! Prices are great and they are open 7 days a week! So on Sunday and Monday when you have no where to go to get your hair done now you do!
