Hannah was quite gentle and super willing to redo shape when there was a misunderstanding (honestly, on me for not having a picture). I liked the result anyway and am totally satisfied!! I did notice it felt like some steps were missing (alcohol or dehydrator for prep? No wipes or washing hands for dust?) but maybe it doesn't matter. As long as they hold up I'm content!

Leslie did a great job tinting my brows and lashes. She did the lashes with no poured water and no stinging. She also waxed my brows into the very natural, still thick shaped I like. I will be back to her next time.

She was really nice and the nails came out the exact way that I wanted them. I got an almond-shaped acrylic full set with French tips and the shape was perfect. She made sure all the nails were even length and made sure that the french tip wasn't too thick which I really liked.

Ana is the best Esthetician in Boston ! Actually, I have lived in other states and never found an esthetician who could compare to Ana. I call her my face angel :) She has performed peels and super hydrating facials, plus facials that I just needed to de-stress. Her product knowledge and how she watches your skin respond during the facial is over and above what other estheticians I have gone to were able to do.
