She’s a lovely lady and so friendly, I love going to her salon, I feel much more relaxed going to Ursula (compared to High Street salons). She is always happy to take the time to answer my questions and explain comprehensively any treatment queries I may have.

Claudia gave me an LVL and brow wax. Usually last lifts fail on me as my lashes are so stubborn but Claudia managed to give them the best Korean lash lift, I have received so many compliments! My brows were tidied up and kept thick which was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much again would highly recommend !

She is incredibly sweet and absolutely incredible at her job. Got my brows tinted and waxed and she got the perfect colour match and the shape is exactly what I was after! She offered to make changes (none needed!), didn’t feel rushed at all, and her studio is super cute. Defo recommend!

From day 1 jessica made me feel so welcome into her beautiful salon. She didn’t rush doing my eyebrows like the other salon I used to use. She’s shown me where I need to grow the hairs more to get the right shape. She’s iso easy to talk to and is so lovely

Absolutely 1000/10. Would never ever go to anyone else. I've been to Shannon four times now for lip filler. And every single time we have had a such a laugh, she has the best numbing cream. And I've never met someone so understanding. The atmosphere and the cleanliness is 1000/10 too. If you want someone to understand the desired shape and look you want. For all procedures. I recommend Shannon a million times!! I'm over the moon with my lips. And just can't recommend mesmerising aesthetics enough!
