Had a really great experience getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Jazz was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She took her time to shape my brows perfectly and checked I was happy throughout. The threading was gentle and much less painful than I expected, and the tint colour was spot on—natural but made such a difference. My brows look so much fuller, defined and tidy. Really pleased with the result and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Sherie was really attentive and made me feel very relaxed. She has a great personality and it was nice to have someone engaging. I had a brow lamination and they have come out beautifully. I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

Helen was really informative and made sure I understood the pro's and con's of the eyebrow PMU procedure. Had a patch test, got literature and saw great pics of her work. I want to have my brows done, I just need to work out timings just before Xmas.

I honestly would never go anywhere else now. She is hands down the best wax lady I’ve ever been to 😭 makes you feel SO comfortable, is so thorough, and somehow makes the whole thing way less painful than anywhere else I’ve been. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. The results are always perfect every single time. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🫶

Had my regular but fabulous eyebrow tint and threading, so effortlessly done but always takes such pride in her work. I also treated myself to a head massage and wow, I am so glad I did! It involved my neck, shoulders and back and was amazingly relaxing! Thanks so much Martini!

My daughter has had her eyebrows waxed by Abi for some time and felt a bit nervous about having Harriet do them today as she doesn’t know her and moving to threading instead of waxing. She went on her own after school and felt instantly at ease once she arrived. Harriet was chatty and easy to talk to and threading didn’t hurt at all. My second visit to have my eye brow review after 4 weeks I was greeted with a warm welcome and seen on time. I felt at ease and my eyebrows had a little more micro blading and a top up. I was not charged anything for this which I think was very kind. I am happy with my eye brows. My husband approved and happy with the results.

I arrived slightly early and was seen by Abbey straight away for my lip and brow waxing, how I wanted my brows was fully discussed. Shannon was waiting to do my nails, including a a hard coat where I had a small split. Overall and excellent experience.

What a fuckin slay queen. If I didn’t know I would’ve said Harriet was abi’s sister!!! Literally the best experience, felt like I could literally say anything. Looooove my toes and brows, feeling bloody fresh. 100000/10 xx
