Had an amazing reflexology & reiki session with Clare.The experience was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I’ve been feeling really stressed,anxious & getting upset over the smallest things. During the treatment I kept feeling unexpectedly emotional but in the best,most releasing way.I struggle to switch off & relax but Clare somehow managed to get me there. After I felt lighter & calmer, like a weight had been lifted. It was exactly what I needed.The room was beautiful, so relaxing & calming,I didnt want to leave! A truly healing session with the wonderfully gifted Clare, highly recommend

I recently visited Clare for a reflexology session, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and therapeutic experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and professional. The session itself was deeply soothing — I could literally feel tension and stress melting away. By the end, my feet felt lighter, my whole body more balanced, and my mind completely calm It’s clear that Clare is not only highly skilled but truly passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing

I took advantage of the holistic treatment off and had a 30 min massage and 30 min reflexology for the very reasonable price of £35. Both treatments were amazing - I highly recommend and hope to be back next month.

Had 2 reflexology with reiki sessions with Clare so far. Clare is a very knowledgeable and skilled therapist and I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Amazing, as always! I arrived exhausted and desperate for some relaxation after a sleepless night with my baby, I had reflexology, reiki and some ear seeding to help with fatigue and I left feeling balanced and energised!

This was the first time Hakan has treated me and I already immediately want to book back in. I have never had reflexology like it. Hakan truly listen to the issues I had and worked with my injury too. It was not just the most relaxing treatment I have had but equally felt like it instantly helped my injury to my toe too. I can’t wait to book back in for a second treatment. Thanks so much

Clare was so lovely and great at making me feel comfortable. The reflexology was really relaxing and she clearly knows her practice well.

Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment at the Luma practice. It felt like a real treat to myself and an investment in me. Better than any meal out or shopping spree! Claire has a lovely way of engaging and setting you at ease. The reiki was really interesting and new for me and I would do this again. I loved the reflexology. I am lucky to have had some great reflexology treatments before and this was exceptional. I would highly recommend Clare.

I went into the reflexology session full of anxiety and left feeling like a huge weight had been lifted. It was so relaxing and I genuinely felt like my anxiety was relieved. Clare is so welcoming and knowledgable about reflexology. Such a great experience, I will definitely be booking more.

Absolutely amazing experience. First time I have had reflexology or reiki so i was nervous. Clare was so welcoming and informative and put me at ease. After the session she explained things to me. I felt a weight lifted. 100% recommend and I will be back for more treatments.

I cannot recommend Hakan enough. After struggling with a bad neck and back, Hakan was able to pin point the problem areas and through a combination of massage, acupuncture, cupping and reiki I left feeling so much lighter and all the tension had gone. He was so thorough in his assessment and treatment plan, personalised for my needs. Nothing was rushed and he gave me so much of his time to ensure my visit was a positive and relaxing experience. I cannot wait to return.
