This was my first session with Selena. We took the time to review my needs, likes, dislikes and consent before the session. The communication continued as needed through the session as well. Had a 2 hour session with T. She did a great job really getting into the muscle to work out any aches and knots that were there. Would recommend to anyone looking to get rid of those lingering aches and pains.

Had a great massage by Ben. Would go back in an instant if only I lived in Providence. But on my next visit, I will be booking again!

I am writing this 24 hours after my treatment. I want to report that I felt super all day yesterday - felt like I was back. I could do my usual things - walking, etc. I had a bit of pain later in the night but nothing that lasted. -- I know I can't go off and run a marathon or whatever, but it was amazing how truly improved I felt during the day yesterday and even into today. ---- I hope you have a good holiday weekend.
