I was with Elena for cupping therapy and massage. It was very relaxing and she always made sure I was comfortable at every step. Elena was also very good in explaining what she was doing at each stage in the process. I felt much more flexible and light after I finished up with her. For the first time in 6 months, I have slept without a pain in my neck and back. She was also very good with the follow up exercises. I had a msg from her as soon as I reached home with a reminder of everything we discussed. I would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend

I had an amazing reflexology session with Aisling this morning,felt amazing leaving there. It was nothing what I expected. My whole body just switched off. Even now 4 hours later I'm totally chilled. I highly recommend Aisling 👌

Elena provided a fantastic treatment. Her room set up and pre-treatment routine began the whole process of relaxation that carried all the way through the treatment. She is attentive to the client at all times and provides the utmost care. The Indian Head Massage was highly enjoyable and stress relieving. Elena was excellent. I opted for the deep tissue massage. She was so thorough pre treatment in ensuring she knew exactly what I wanted from the treatment. She liaised with me throughout the massage and did a fantastic massage. I felt amazing after it from head to toe. She even checked in with me the day after. Top class service and massage. I’ll be back!
