I have a very sore neck and shoulder. Liliana was great she worked to ease my neck, face and shoulder. Checking in all the time to see that the pressure wasn’t too strong . I would definitely recommend

Roberta is by far the best massage therapist I have had since getting massages about 10 years ago. So fortunate to have found her shop while walking around Dun Laoghaire! She really knows how to knead the leg muscles of a long distance runner. She is also incredibly pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend her.

Arriving at Renew Therapies I already felt zen, the room is beautiful. I had a wonderful treatment by the lovely Jennifer, I nodded off which is very hard for me, Reflexology was very relaxing. Jennifer is very knowledgeable . Would book again. Thank you *****

Jennifer creates an incredible sanctuary. Her top to toe reflexology is one of the best treatments I’ve experienced and is such good quality. She is a fountain of knowledge and always so kind.

Had a fabulous hot stone massage and reflexology facial with Jennifer. Her studio is so cosy and welcoming and I floated out after the treatments!

Had an invigorating treatment with Jennifer this morning, couldn’t think of a better way to spend a morning post sea swim, sauna and plunge pool session. First time having facial reflexology, I could easily feel the stress melting away :) my body also feels free of tension after the massage :) il be back again for another visit , Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming :)
