Had a foot reflexology today amazing treatment only problem is that I need to find smaller shoes because my feet always feel one size smaller after the treatment she is so good at getting the circulation going

Just had a deep tissue massage with Janka and every time it gets better she frees knots and aches that come with getting old . I am booked in for a reflexology treatment just before Christmas and that will allow me to enjoy Christmas with not as much pain and discomfort which I am very grateful for.

Excellent treatment my New Years resolution is to have more reflexology and deep tissue back massages it helps so much with a ageing body
