I had a wonderful experience. Bernadette is such a lovely person who genuinely cares about her clients and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you arrive. Her massage was amazing – I felt like jelly afterwards, totally relaxed and stress-free. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really takes the time to make sure you're looked after. This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.

I had Rhiannon's signature treatment, Rhilaxology. She has a warm and caring approach - I felt immediately at ease. The low lighting, water with fresh fruit, gentle music, soft heated blankets, warm flannels and beautifully scented essential oils made it a luxurious experience. Her massage varied between deep and gentle in all the right places. The reflexology was out of this world - I felt relaxed and reset by the end of the appointment and this lasted for a few days afterwards, including improved sleep. Highly recommend for stress and tension relief and deep nervous system relaxation.

I had am amazing massage session followed by a reflexology session. The staff is friendly and easily approachable. We had discussion about my needs and the parts I wanted the session to be focused on. This was not a "one fits all" type of massage. I was told step by step what the session will be like and it was tailored after my needs and wants. As well as discussion about how much pressure I believe I would like. The room temperature was great and there is relaxing music playing in the background. Will recommend 100% and definitely will visit again. I found the prices as fair.

One of the highlights of my treatment was her homemade foot scrub. It felt and smelt amazing, left my feet feeling refreshed and soft. During the massage, she paid special attention to my disc bulge and hip pain, tailoring the treatment to my specific needs. Her knowledge, skill, and attention to detail were evident throughout the session. I felt comfortable and deeply relaxed the entire time and I noticed a significant reduction in tension and discomfort
