Today I had face reflexology for the first time and it was amazing, so relaxing, I felt like I was floating on a warm fluffy cloud. From the lovely smelling oils to the soothing music, I would highly recommend.

I've had many massages and Nicola's was one of the best I've ever had. The deep tissue was perfectly firm, and slowly and smoothly worked out a few knots. It was so incredibly relaxing that I forgot where I was. 100% coming back and highly recommend. Thank you so much Nicola! I'm floating on a cloud!

Can’t rate Lucy high enough. She’s so welcoming and very friendly, really puts you at ease. Her massages are amazing, didn’t realise I had so many knots! I book fortnightly now for regular back maintenance. Also had reflexology and not ashamed to say I fell asleep. It was so relaxing x

Just back from another amazing treatment with Rachel. This time I opted for an hour and a half and it was so worth it. Started with reflexology and then onto a full body massage. I've never been so calm, quiet and relaxed. Having ADHD I always struggle to relax, and my brain is never quiet, very rarely my mouth too. But starting with the reflexology made such a huge difference, I usually talk through a lot of my treatment, this time, not one word. Thanks so much Rachel.

Luxury Zone Facelift. Totally "zoned out" This isn't a facial it's a full on treatment and also is a Facelift. Feel and smell the Luxury and quality of the products. Indian head massage, facial reflexology so your whole body is getting a treatment as it would with reflexology! Facial massage, facial massage with some instruments that feel lush. I never relax,hardly sleep and even after a "normal " facial or massage but, I haven't been able to do anything since having it.This treatment is not available in many places and I'm glad it's on my doorstep but I would travel for it, it's that good!
