Great experience with Amy! She was friendly and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The massage was excellent and really helped relieve the muscle tension I’ve had from playing Netball. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Amy was very friendly and the treatment room as lovely and warm and the sound of rain just added to the relaxing atmosphere. She got right into my knots and my back feels so much better. My feel are lovely and soft after the 30 minute reflexology.

I attend regularly at the centre and it really helps relax and rejuvenate my body and mood! Lauren is a really lovely woman and Natalie always greets you with a smile!

Again I've had the most amazing relaxing massage, pressure was superb, in the areas where I needed, Amy is so good at what she does, I was so relaxed I fell asleep when I got home. I will definatley be back for a full body hot stones massage soon..

Had a back neck shoulder & head massage this afternoon from Amy, the pressure was superb, the whole atmosphere was just great, the rain battering down on the conservatory roof was so therapeutic, the music was tranquil I thoroughly enjoyed every minute I didn't want it to come to an end. Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted.
