We had a couples massage with Carole and her colleague. The treatment was so relaxing and one of the best massages I’ve had. The hot tub after was a lovely treat. It’s a secret garden in Hampton with a tranquil setting and we will definitely be back again for more relaxation! Thank you for fitting us in at such short notice.

On arrival at the riverside rooms, I was taken into a word of love and calmness. It's like a gemstone, a different world. Going into the treatment room full of beautiful music, incense burning and the sound of the wildlife outside it was a lovely atmosphere and I was having reflexology done, it was like being in a mother's womb. Safe and secure from the outside world. Carole talked through everything that she was doing very well and the meditation that Carole took me through was incredible. I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. Although I wish I’d discovered Touching Lives sooner, I think my treatment came at the perfect time. Carol has such a magical touch. All the stars were aligned today and it resulted in the most amazing facial and reflexology treatment from her. As soon as you enter the treatment room you feel enveloped in the calm atmosphere. At the end of my treatment I felt fully relaxed and de stressed. A special thank you to Carol who adapted brilliantly to a last minute request from me to have a facial, meaning she had to re arrange the couch and gather the relevant products together when she hadn’t planned for this.
