I booked a foot massage which included a neck and shoulder massage and added on reflexology. Lynsey is a great masseuse and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Highly recommend 😊

I had been struggling to sleep well for few weeks & generally felt a bit low on energy and had recurring headaches. I’ve seen Millie before & loved my session so knew it would be beneficial now. During the session I completely switched off & relaxed, felt calm and my headache eased. That night I had 9.5hrs of excellent quality sleep! I walked in feeling like I was under a dark cloud and walked out with a smiling spirit. I highly recommend the Indian head massage to relieve tension from your head and back, and the chakra alignment or energy healing, only if you believe in it. Part of experiencing the shifts is being open to them. Wissem Kamel is a very gifted practitioner with great energy and a generous soul.
