Jen is brilliant from a practitioner perspective and as human she’s jolly wonderful!! Had major surgery last year and following that I was introduced by the hospital to Reflexology which opened my eyes - to come back to Bristol and find Zen & Jen - has been like finding hidden treasure. She has been a wonderful addition on my healing journey following a transplant. I would recommend.

Always a joy to visit Kay but the treatment I had today, foot peel and reflexology was just fabulous. Great results and a truly relaxing experience. Really can’t recommend Kay enough, so friendly and professional.

Both Lisa and Amy are welcoming and offer a great range of services! I tried a mini massage and mini reflexology session with Lisa and they worked well together for a lunchtime treat so I'd recommend that. She is so warm and attentive and checks in with you so you feel comfortable. There is such a nice energy to the studio and I look forward to trying other treatments in future in this space 🫶😊

Lovely massage. PJ worked on all the areas that were sore. The masaage room was super cleanand cosy with lovely candles. Felt completely relaxed afterwards and was offered a lovely drink to finish my visit. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Jen’s approach is not just to give clients a basic reflexology - which in itself would be wonderful - but to incorporate a foot bath, sound healing, essential oils and meditation as well. Making her offering into a mini retreat! In addition the Little Zen space is beautifully set up; quiet, peaceful, soothing and luxurious. All in all I would highly recommend Jen’s treatment as a way to unwind and give yourself something entirely necessary in this busy world.

I never had reflexology before but when I landed on Little Zen website I knew instantly that's what my body needed! Jenny is a very kind and compassionate practitioner, she made me feel very at ease and during the session I was able to relax and let my body go to a place of stillness and contemplation. Amazing, I feel so relaxed and both treatments I had was great 😊 reflexology and back massage.

I thoroughly enjoyed my reflexology session with Jenna. From the chats before and after (sorry for overrunning), to the soothing treatment itself. Her space is very relaxing and she finished with a beautiful sound bath. I could have slept on that massage bed for hours! She was very knowledgeable and let me know what areas she was getting feedback from, about the functions of my body. It was very interesting and led to conversations about contraception v natural cycle. I would highly recommend a visit if you are in need of a pamper/some ‘me’ time. Can’t wait to return x
