It was a great experience with Smanga! Only a small thing, when using your elbows in sensitive areas like lower back and shoulder blades, maybe just make sure not to press too hard or dig too much into those areas in future. But Smanga did ask me if the pressure was fine and I said yes, so I can’t complain, only to be aware of this specific technique in sensitive areas. Thank you! Other than that it was amazing, and I almost fell asleep!
