The nice weather is back and therefore the cycling mileage has increased, along with the tension in my shoulders, neck and upper back. I just got home after a deep tissue massage with Monika and the two knots I had around my right shoulder are gone - I can move my upper body freely again! Within the first few minutes Monika knows exactly where the pinch points are are just carefully and calmly works on them throughout the session. Thanks again!

I cycle a lot and get knots in the muscles around my shoulders and neck. The deep tissue massage Monika gives is excellent and loosens my whole upper body. The room is clean, comfortable and warm and Monika is incredibly professional and excellent at her job. I can't recommend this enough!
