The nice weather is back and therefore the cycling mileage has increased, along with the tension in my shoulders, neck and upper back. I just got home after a deep tissue massage with Monika and the two knots I had around my right shoulder are gone - I can move my upper body freely again! Within the first few minutes Monika knows exactly where the pinch points are are just carefully and calmly works on them throughout the session. Thanks again!

I cycle a lot and get knots in the muscles around my shoulders and neck. The deep tissue massage Monika gives is excellent and loosens my whole upper body. The room is clean, comfortable and warm and Monika is incredibly professional and excellent at her job. I can't recommend this enough!

I had a reflexology treatment with Hollie. She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout. She discussed the things she was able to identify at the end of the treatment which I found interesting. I felt very relaxed whilst having the treatment and much lighter afterwards.

As a registered nurse I can thoroughly recommend Hollie’s professionalism and safety when performing patient treatments. With such a stressful job, Hollie’s treatments are a little oasis of calm in an often turbulent storm. I never really feel I should treat myself, but each time I come away realising self care is not a treat, but necessary to stay centred in an ever increasing crazy world.
