Sophia is very knowledgeable, she is also extremely kind and welcoming. I had a lovely experience and felt completely comfortable and welcome. Her studio is also gorgeous and perfectly cool in the hot weather. I was so relaxed when I left and can already feel and see the benefits of the lymphatic drainage.

Today’s massage from Natalie was an incredible experience. From the moment it began I felt completely relaxed and at ease. She was professional, attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The massage helped release tension as it was so relaxing. It was truly a calming experience that gave me the opportunity to switch off , recharge and relax. Nicola is warm and friendly but still professional from the moment she greets you. She is thorough from when you book the appointment asking for a pre health questionnaire to when you leave with some post massage do’s and don’ts. Nicola makes you feel at ease explaining what she is going to do. The massage - I had full body - was wonderful. I walked out feeling much lighter and my muscles were definitely less tense. Do I recommend Nicola - 💯!
