I just love the girls at ugly bettys. They are all so friendly, welcoming and amazing at what they do. Today I had reflexology and a hot stone massage from Chloe - I left there feeling super relaxed and like I was walking on air. I also had acrylic nail infills with Hailey who always does brilliant nail art for me which gets compliments from many people I meet.

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. I have a shoulder injury which has been causing me issues with my upper back and neck. Martine knew exactly where to work and her techniques just seemed to dissolve the issues over the hour.
