I booked in for the Head, Neck & Scalp Ritual, and it was such a treat! Nerissa explained the service beforehand so I knew what to expect, and made me feel so relaxed and treated. Despite the spa being located in the centre of Leeds, it feels so tranquil and you would not know. Such a lovely little retreat.

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

Hot stone massage was unbelievable! Natasha made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. First ever massage I've had and I'll definitely be having another with Dragonfly soon! I drive a lot due to the nature of my work so I have stiff shoulders and lower back but Natasha has been able to release my shoulders (right side in particular) and has given me my range of movement back! Couldn't reccomend Dragonfly and Natasha enough ❤️

Tetiana is truly amazing at what she does—I’ve already booked my next appointment with her for next month. I've been coming back to Nerissa at Dragonfly Skin multiple times now and she is absolutely outstanding. I've had both deep tissue and Swedish massages with her and both have been excellent — she really tailors each session to what your body needs. Nerissa is talented, warm, and thoroughly professional. Tetiana was excellent again with her pregnancy massage. The cost has increased but I wasn’t offered a warm drink/place to rest afterwards like last time, so that would be my only feedback around consistency and rounding off the overall experience :-)

I booked the 60 min float & Swedish massage to help with some aches and tension and to relax on a week off work. The float experience was great, I chose to keep the light on inside which was still low, gentle lighting. It was so relaxing, and felt fantastic to just float, take the weight off and not have any of my body resting against anything but water and be “forced” to relax, distraction free. The massage was absolutely fantastic. Nerissa was brilliant, adapting to what my body needed. I think I’ll finally sleep without shoulder pain tonight. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Wonderful experience at Roukh Leeds today. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the therapist was incredibly gentle, professional, and attentive. I loved being able to choose the scent of the aroma oil, and the products used felt very high quality. I forgot to ask for her name, but she gave one of the best massages I've had. Excellent service from start to finish. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place.
