Myself and my friend were visiting Leeds and were waiting for a late flight home, so decided to book in for a massage. The space was absolutely beautiful and ao relaxing as soon as you came through the door. The staff were so welcoming and lovely and the massages were absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Leeds.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. I booked in for the Head, Neck & Scalp Ritual, and it was such a treat! Nerissa explained the service beforehand so I knew what to expect, and made me feel so relaxed and treated. Despite the spa being located in the centre of Leeds, it feels so tranquil and you would not know. Such a lovely little retreat.

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

I booked a couples massage, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, attention to detail was exceptional. The 2 ladies took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and recommended the treatments that suited us best. My partner goes to the gym regularly, so they tailored his massage to target muscle tension and recovery. I have a sensitive back, so they recommended a more relaxing treatment instead of deep tissue. We chose our aromatherapy oils and they regularly checked the pressure and hot stone temperature throughout. A genuine 10/10 we’ll definitely be back!

Hot stone massage was unbelievable! Natasha made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. First ever massage I've had and I'll definitely be having another with Dragonfly soon! I drive a lot due to the nature of my work so I have stiff shoulders and lower back but Natasha has been able to release my shoulders (right side in particular) and has given me my range of movement back! Couldn't reccomend Dragonfly and Natasha enough ❤️

Tetiana is truly amazing at what she does—I’ve already booked my next appointment with her for next month. I've been coming back to Nerissa at Dragonfly Skin multiple times now and she is absolutely outstanding. I've had both deep tissue and Swedish massages with her and both have been excellent — she really tailors each session to what your body needs. Nerissa is talented, warm, and thoroughly professional. Wonderful experience at Roukh Leeds today. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the therapist was incredibly gentle, professional, and attentive. I loved being able to choose the scent of the aroma oil, and the products used felt very high quality. I forgot to ask for her name, but she gave one of the best massages I've had. Excellent service from start to finish. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place.

The best massage experience we have ever had! We went for a couples massage for our anniversary and both therapists were incredible from beginning to end. They’re very knowledgeable and helpful and got stuck right in, identifying problem areas almost immediately. The services and products used are very high quality. The pressure and technique was immaculate. The spa itself was beautiful, clean and relaxing. It was worth every penny! Not only did it feel physically incredible after but my whole nervous system felt relaxed. Will definitely be going back. Simply the best :)
