It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

Wonderful deep tissue massage. The room was relaxing and cosy (despite Core Therapies being in the middle of moving!). Natasha took the time to make me feel comfortable at every stage of the massage. I have been suffering with painful knots in my shoulders and neck and she did an amazing job of working them out. She also used hot stones and oils which were lovely. I feel relaxed, renewed and pain free!

Amazing as always, Kerry is professional but friendly. Immediately putting my daughter at ease (family friend, but my daughter is very shy). We were offered hot drinks which was very appreciated in the cold weather. Kerry knows what works for her hair, and we were very happy, as usual, with the result.

I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. AMAZING. had the best pamper day. So well looked after by Jade and the radiance team. Took fantastic care of me and made my birthday so special. Felt like a new woman when I left! Had a wonderful massage followed by a hydrating facial anthen pedi and mani and now they do hair too. Trim and blow out for a fabulous birthday treat. HIGHLY recommend!

Really lovely first visit to the Knott. Great ambience and a friendly salon. Lisa was my perfect hairdresser! She gave me an incredible indulgent head massage with the wash, but was confident and efficient when it came to cutting. I’ve got lots of hair and some hairdressers have me in the chair for hours. I also had a mini facial with Debbie which was professional and gorgeous.
