I had the back, neck and shoulders massage at Ramphai today and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. The massage was tailored perfectly to the areas that needed attention, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, professional and welcoming throughout. I had an amazing one-hour back and shoulder massage. She focused on my left shoulder, where I had a lot of tension, and I could really feel the difference by the end of the session. Emma was very welcoming. Can't say I enjoy a bikini wax but Emma is by far the best waxer I've been to. I will be back to try a more relaxing treatment next time. I would highly recommend. I also loved that she uses natural product's.

Today was my first time at the wellness retreat and it was fabulous. Kate was so welcoming, professional , friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Time was carefully taken over discussing which treatments would suit my skin best. The treatment its self was incredible ive never had a facial like it and left glowing. Absolutely brilliant. First visit for a bad back, I felt very relaxed with Thorsten and the Bowen treatment. It was a very positive experience and my back felt a lot better after this visit. Thorsten explains the process very well and also how many visits he thinks will be necessary. Highly recommend Thorsten and Helpers Hands.

I cannot recommend enough. I came in with lower back pain to which can only be explained as ‘my back gave way’, the pain was chronic and wouldn’t go away. After one treatment the pain had gone and I followed up with another appointment a few days later where I had a deep tissue massage and a check up on my lower back. I have more energy and feel better within myself but most of all, no pain. Forever grateful and would highly recommend.

I had a very helpful experience over 3 sessions. My helper was friendly and has definitely taken away the pain which I was feeling around my pelvic region and has taught me ways of taking care of my back. My wife being present was also very helpful.
