I recently found a new Day Spa has opened, Indulge Day Spa on Payneham. It was great to experience a genuine Day Spa Experience from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. I chose the scalp and head massage with a hair spa, followed by a hot stone massage with Faye and it was pure bliss! Faye's skilled hands worked wonders, leaving my scalp rejuvenated and my hair soft and nourished. The hot stone massage melted away all my tension, and was deeply relaxing. Faye's attention to detail and the spa's serene ambiance made it a perfect escape. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Had a lovely session with Anny on her first day — she gave a relaxing massage with hot stones that felt amazing. Very gentle, caring touch and a calm vibe. A very nice experience overall — definitely worth coming back for. Thai Metha has amazing staff.

Saraswati gives a strong massage yet it is relaxing. She is careful to ask what pressure I like at the beginning of the massage and checks in with me as the massage progresses, if I am happy with the massage, pressure and any particularly sore muscles to work on. Thankyou! Excellent!👏👏🪷

I had an amazing Thai massage here with Rita,a Japanese girl. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really knew how to work out all the tension. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Saki tonight. She listened to my concerns, asked questions on my areas of tension and tailored the session to my needs. The pressure I requested was medium-firm where it needed to be but still comfortable and relaxing. I ended the session with a hot ginger tea. I will be booking with Saki again!

The aesthetics of the soa are lovely and welcoming. The welcome flower tea was lovely. The Japanese head spa was a lovely relaxing experience, but I'd have liked the therapist to have been firmer with their touch and practice head massage, similar to a good hairdresser style pressure and all over the Scalp with more confidence. The hair drying was lovely and they took great care in drying my hair. It feels soooo soft now. Thankyou
