My initial visit was for sciatica, I was and had been in a lot of pain for over a week. I'm in my mid 60s and hadn't ever had sciatica before, it is excruciatingly painful. My session was for 1 hour, first 30 minutes was a massage to warm my muscles, 2nd 30 minutes Dr. Mark did adjustments with his hands as well as wand devices. There was a lot of popping noises as the knots released from my problem areas. The next day I felt better. Would highly recommend Dr. Mark if you find you need Chiropractic services in Puerto Vallarta. His staff are all courteous and professional as is the Doc.

Great Doc, I was on a cruise and msgd them that I need an adjustment badly as my back went out and I was in serious pain, they messaged me back and got me in, when we got to port we went to the office and they got me in, my back was a mess and I was so tight and out of alignment, so they massaged me first and then the doctor beat me like a rented mule ( which I needed) and got me dialed in! Even though I was sore afterwards he got me dialed in and I was able to continue my cruise in comfort without needing to pop pain pills to function! Thanks again Doc! You saved our cruise! I received a 90 min Thai massage that is a new service offered at Zona Z Spa & Wellness with Diego. Wow, it was an amazing experience with stretching and muscle release, all performed on the floor with a special mat. I will defiantly have another massage done at Zona Z.

I had a wonderful experience from the start. I was greeted by the receptionist, Marcela who was friendly and welcoming. Christian who massaged my body was very professionally, quiet and got me to relax. Lastly, Dr. Mark was also professional, knowledgeable and gave advice on improving my back. Great caregiver.

Dr Mark and his team are the best! The treatment starts with 30 minutes of massage gun therapy (which always makes me super relaxed) then 30 mins of treatment with Dr Mark. He has a new chiropractic bed since the last time i visited and wowwww, i walked out of there feeling like a new woman. Highly recommend Dr Mark and his team at Zona Z Wellness!

It was the best chiropractic care I have ever had. I have probably had 100 chiropractic sessions in the last 5 years. Dr. Andrew’s adjust the whole body. No chiropractor have every been this thorough. I’m also had a deep tissue massage that was great. Great experience and will be back.
