I have had golfers and tennis elbow on both arms for a number of years. After 1 x60 minute deep tissue massage session on my; arms, shoulders, head and back, 3 of the 4 have virtually disappeared. So far I have woken up from 6 nights sleep without any pain in my arms which has not happened for many months (except for when under anaesthetic and pain killers from a recent operation!) NHS conventional medicine could not identify the cause and did not fix the problem, even advising that there was nothing more they could do I and I should just manage the pain!

I had an incredible massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The therapist was professional, attentive, applied the perfect pressure, and really focused on my areas of tension. I walked out feeling lighter and totally stress-free. Highly recommend!

I suffer from poor mobility in lower back and hips due to arthritis. I felt a little stiff immediately after the massage but a couple of hours later I felt fantastic. And so much better next day! I will be going more regularly in future.
