The staff were so friendly! I booked two treatments, Forever & Ever (Thai Massage+Foot Massage) and the Gold Collagen Facial with Ms. May. The massage and facial were incredible. I highly recommend this spa. My skin was glowing after (and I’m very particular about skin care treatments). The massage left me feeling so relaxed and the pressure was perfect (I like more pressure). Ms. May did check in asking if the pressure was ok. So this can be adjusted for preference obviously. The facilities were nice. With a lounge for complimentary in-house made tea and water. Thank you Ms. May!

My husband and I treated ourselves over the Easter weekend to a 90 minute oil massage that truly did not disappoint. My therapist May really focused on my problem areas and I felt so amazing and light after my treatment. The pressure was perfect and I honestly haven't had a massage that effective since I was last in Thailand. We both can't wait to book back in again and have recommended to all our family too!

I’ve been going to Thy Spa Windsor consistently for 3 or 4 months now and it’s great. So easy to book online. I see Ms Yim, who is excellent. She always remembers my concerns and is excellent if you want a firm massage. I’ve had the traditional Thai and the combination. I won’t go anywhere else or see anyone else.

My therapist phin was amazing . Polite, friendly , warm and welcoming . Did not rush any of the treatments at all . I had 1 hour of oil massage and 1 hour Thai facial . Felt so relaxed and satisfied with the treatment. Skin felt younger fresh and glowy. Even the staff at reception was very friendly . Great customer service . Yesterday I had one of the best massages I have ever had with Ms May. It was a combination of a deep tissue and releasing Thai massage using warm pouches of medicinal herbs - incredible experience! I had so much stress stored in my body, so much more than I had realised and Ms May worked it out of my body and I felt it release and melt away under her magical touch. Thank you so much Ms May, I will be back again in a few weeks. Highly recommend this wonderful therapist.
