Having suffered a spinal fracture and then receiving a diagnosis of PMR my 10 sessions with Catherine have been vital for my recovery both physically and mentally. Catherine has helped me understand my body and the messages it is sending me, and has tailored each exercise to everyday tasks. I am now feel able to continue with 'normal' life and confident enough to return to my weekly pilates classes with Catherine after the Summer. Thank you so much for your support and input Catherine.

Really helpful and detailed information which increased our understanding of pain and provided us with real hope that Jon would be able to still do the things he loves but training his body to do different types of movement so the effect of osteoarthritis are delayed.
