I booked a two hour session with Laura because I needed help dealing with a number of historic and one new sports related injury. I hadn't realised how tight some of my muscles were but through massage and manipulation of my limbs, Laura was able to work on all these areas and just loosen some of that tension in my body. I am looking forward to the next session and would recommend the service to anyone that wants to give their body some care and attention.

I’m a regular at Iwona’s studio. My mum arrived here from Australia yesterday, so I wanted her to have a manual lymphatic massage with Iwona. Mum said it was incredible and described it as being ‘heaven on earth’ and that Iwona knew where her pain was before she even said anything! Fantastic, the lymphatic massage is wonderful, I went because I had a blockage/swelling above my collarbone which has nearly gone now, but I have noticed my energy levels are higher and I feel much better generally.
