I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

I had a lovely massage facial and pedicure with Vicki. The massage was lovely and Vicki made me feel like she understood me and my body. Will definitely return one day. The Rock Rose products were lovely and the whole spa day was brilliant!

Really great. I felt super welcome, the treatment room had a lovely atmosphere and Victoria did a really skillful gel pedi topped off with a lovely foot massage. I really appreciate the care she took removing the previous gel polish too.

What a fabulous first experience! I loved the environment, it felt welcoming, decorated in a way that made it feel cosy and tranquil and the background music was so relaxing. Lynn was welcoming and friendly. Very professional and it was the most painless waxing I have ever had. The treatment was very thorough too. I am so glad I have found this place as I will continue to go here in future for my treatments. What a great service . X

Terrific massage by Lynn- intuitively knows where the knots are! Fabulous mix of oils and gong revel at the end. Great value for money.
