Sarah is an experienced and conscientious therapist with a real interest in understanding the clients' concerns. She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Highly recommended.

Claire is an incredible physio, quick to pinpoint the problem and resolve whether through massage or exercises. Coming back from breaking my foot almost a year ago and all the problems which have flowed from that and now less than 3 weeks off from London Marathon - I certainly would not be at this point in my training without her! Dee was super friendly and made me feel relaxed straight away. Her studio is a great calming relaxing space. This was my first lymphatic body massage. I was excited and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had our consultation and then I relaxed while Dee worked her magic. I don't have anything to compare it with but I felt confident knowing that I was in good hands. Dee has such a varied experience that she was able to explain everything I needed to know before the massage and post. I had a nice cold bottle of water after &lots of helpful after advice. I look forward to feeling all the benefits from it.

I had a very relaxing morning with Dee when I visited her for The Ultimate Relaxation Ritual 90 Mins of Pure Bliss for the Body and Mind massage! It was incredible. From the very start, I felt really welcome and Dee went through each stage of the massage in detail. The whole process was really relaxing and I came away feeling super calm, relaxed and happy! Fantastic massage, highly recommend and will definitely be back. Easy to find, easy to park. Treatment room was warm and the scent was wonderful. Dee immediately put me at ease from consultation, we talked about the different oils, scents and focus areas for massage. I felt so relaxed all day! Perfect start to the weekend.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my soft tissue massage. From start to finish, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. She took the time to understand the areas of tension I was dealing with and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. The massage itself was incredibly effective. By the end of the session, my muscles felt lighter, my range of motion had improved, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly professional and effective soft tissue treatment.

I was lucky to win a voucher for a 60-minute massage with Sarah. She was friendly and welcoming, and the treatment was super relaxing, she worked on certain pressure points which really helped - so much so, I will be looking to book another session in the future. Sarah made me feel very comfortable, and provided a great conversation too! Highly recommend!
