Absolutely amazing, Prada is knowledgable, helpful and made me feel comfortable and relaxed, he explained everything and took the time to deal with the issues I bought up, rather than a generic massage. I felt relief within the first 30 mins but it just kept getting better the more he worked, rebooked for the next appointment whilst I was there as that confident in his skills, and passion for what he does!

Brilliant and relaxing experience. Kate was so welcoming and really looked after me. The room was really comfortable, the massage pressure was perfect and the facial was soothing. There’s plenty of parking available and the location was easy to find.

Had my first full body massage with Amanda, she was polite, respected my dignity and prompt. Focused massage on issues that needed addressing rather than using up time on things that didn’t. Feels so much better after 1 session. He is so friendly, you feel comfortable straight away. Highly recommend!

Caprice was absolutely amazing. I had a full body massage with an Indian head massage. It was the best massage I’ve had in such a long time. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The room was lovely and the quilt instead of towels being put over you was a really nice homely touch. You felt like you were having a massage in your own bed. I would recommend Caprice to anyone and I will be returning as soon as possible.

I have just been for a deep tissue massage after backpacking for 2 weeks and it was just what I needed! We discussed where I was feeling the most tension so Kate could focus on those areas and I’m feeling so refreshed! So glad to have found the rituals mini spa and looking forward to returning for regular massages now!

Kirsty's gentle approach during my B12 injection was incredible; I didn't even feel it – an outstanding nurse! Highly recommended for the consistently amazing atmosphere and friendly faces.
