I literally cannot put into words out unbelievably amazing this treatment was. Faye is always great, but today when I needed it the most she was next level. I cannot recommend her enough. I’m a qualified deep tissue therapist myself, so I hold high standards and can honestly say she is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I had a really lovely myofascial massage with Eva. I felt very welcomed into the environment and the massage itself was really wonderful. Eva is very intuitive and skilled. Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.
