I had an amazing 1-hour Swedish massage with Rita! She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The pressure was just right! relaxing yet, effective and I left feeling refreshed, loose, and completely recharged. Rita has a calming presence and truly knows how to create a soothing experience. In addition to a great massage, as a person who has dealt with eczema my whole life I really appreciated Adam recognizing that my skin was reacting to the scented oils and quickly removed the oil and changed to a non scented hypoallergenic oil.... The little things makes a big difference!

I had an amazing experience here at lotus massage studio. Jenny did such an amazing job. I got the deep tissue massage and she was very thorough. I felt so relaxed! I would definitely come back here again… its a very good way to unwind and do some self care and this is the place to really do that.

I came to this massage studio all the way from Durham Region as I have been in a lot of muscle pain all over the body in the last couple of days and i am so happy with the decision i have made not to cancel this appointment even tough this place is a 40-50 min drive for me one way. I am so happy with the entire experience by Maritoni Oponda. She has gold hands as I have never had anyone reach all the tender spots the way she has. I highly recommend her services and this studio. They truly care for their customers and offer an excellent and caring experience.

This was one of the best massages I've ever had. Normally I try to only get RMT massages so that I can claim them with insurance but this massage was worth the out of pocket expense. I got a mixture of hot stone massage, Thai massage, and Swedish massage techniques and it felt amazing. I never had to ask her to apply more pressure, as I usually do with other massages. Just perfect. Highly recommend!

I had really bad frozen shoulder for months, and the pain at night was so bad that I could barely sleep. After my very first massage with Adam, I finally started sleeping more comfortably. On my second visit, he took the time to clearly explain what was causing the pain and showed me easy exercises I could do at home, all while giving a great massage. That made a huge difference for me. I honestly think of Adam as my doctor. I’m very happy with the treatment and already looking forward to my next visit!

The massage was better than I ever thought it would be. I was really tense going in and had a lot on my mind. After the massage I was feeling 100 times better. Mai was attentive to those areas where my muscles were tight and was able to loosen them.

Mai is so sweet and amazing at what she does. I had the Thai Massage (Office Syndrome) and she worked her magic. She took her time and massaged all areas of my back, neck, and shoulders. I immediately recommended her to people I know. She deserves all the 5 star reviews!

We did an assessment, then the massage itself, then a post treatment thing where we went over stretches that can help. Throughout the whole process he was super nice and let me know what’s going on + gave good notes/advice/explanation on things as they were happening.
