This was my first visit to 3D Bodyworks and it certainly will not be my last. After nearly 18 months without a massage I was really looking forward to this and I was not disappointed. Debbie is lovely but still professional. The surroundings are very pleasant and she tailors the massage to your needs. I felt relaxed and my shoulder and back felt much better after my treatment, Big thank you!

Highly recommended for deep sports massage. Very skilled at dealing with muscle strains and knots. Knowledgeable and professional service.

Debbie is a really thorough and knowledgeable therapist. She took the time to get to know about my and my body and then worked in a really focused way on the areas that needed attention. I walked to my appointment and on my way home, I could tell that the parts of my body that Debbie had worked on felt lighter and looser. I would most certainly recommend her for sports massage!

Been to Debbie a few times for a sports massage and they have helped me greatly. I had a bad neck last week, I went to her for a 30 minute massage just on my neck and she managed to sort that out. My neck was so much better that night and perfect the next day.

Haven’t been able to have a massage for a number of months for health reasons but given all clear to have one. Every bit as good as I remembered - magic!!!!

Debbie knew exactly what I needed today , so worked on that and my ankle/ leg feels a lot better. I highly recommend Debbie for massage .

Debbie is an absolute superstar. She takes the time to listen and understand where the problem areas are and why, then works her magic. She makes really useful suggestions for how I can help myself outside of massage sessions. I’ve been going to Debbie for years for general back and neck maintenance but recently shaving injured my leg, she has helped me to free up my muscles in the ankle, leg and into my hip flexors and glutes which has been such a relief. I honestly can’t rate her highly enough.

My knee feels so much more comfortable after a massage of all the muscles around it, plus application of some kinesiology tape to support it. Debbie is really good at identifying the problem and strategies to improve it.
