From Lore's warm welcome, to his patient initial questioning and explanations, I knew I was in good hands Lore's skills, particularly in craniosacral work, left me with a feeling of comfortably sinking into the massage couch. I was mentally transported to an trance-like state, such was the depth of peace and calm that overtook me. This was my first experience of craniosacral therapy, and I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate benefits it provided
