I had the best treatment with Bethan. I booked the deep tissue massage. She made me feel at ease straight away and went through a thorough medical before hand to make sure she was tackling the areas of need. I made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment and I left feeling really relaxed and much looser than when I walked in! Amazing, highly recommend! Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The massage that I had over the weekend was FOC due to a complaint that I made about a previous one received. The Beauty Box were conscientious about resolving the issue to my satisfaction, so telephoned me to discuss the issue and booked another massage for me. The massage itself was done by Kari-Ann and was excellent (she should do more!). Thank you everyone and see you again!

Paul never fails to go above and beyond to help in any way he can with our recovery. Feel so much better after playing an intense week of touch rugby coming back and having a massage, compression legs, ice bath and infared sauna, I honestly feel like a nee women today! Whether you're in need of post sports rejuvenation or relaxing session, solo or with a friend, The Lounge is a place for you! 6 out of 5 stars service, if only could!!!
