This was my 3rd sports massage with Alex and it just gets better every time! I really appreciate how he tailors the bodywork to my specific problem areas. I have lower back issues and Alex does an amazing job of releasing tension points and stretching me out. Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to my next session.

Well, having not had a sports massage before, I'm kicking myself for not coming here earlier. I've had lower back stiffness for a while and Natalie seems to have needed it all away. They are a very polite, professional group of people who really care and listen while also having magic hands! Highly recommend, thanks Natalie.

Prisca was amazing! I had a full body massage - extremely relaxing experience and for a reasonable price... The studio was very clean, the temperature in the room was just perfect. Prisca was very professional and after the massage she shared her observations and gave me tips on how to ease my aches. Great experience - Highly recommended!

Matt is exceptionally talented at what he does, as someone who needs a lot of massage because of my job Iv seem a lot of massage therapists over the years but Matt is the only one Iv stick with and is by far the best. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!

I treated myself to a sports massage and relaxing facial with Alice. She made me feel completely comfortable and has a very calm persona so the whole experience was really relaxing. I will be back!

First time having a lymphatic drainage massage and it was a perfect choice after my running event!

Loved my first lymphatic drainage massage. Alice was very informative, explaining everything as she worked. Although it’s a gentler treatment you certainly feel lighter afterwards. I will definitely be back for another session. Love the treatment room too, it’s a lovely and relaxing space.

Lovely massage, tension in neck and shoulders has eased and feeling nice and relaxed for the weekend. Will be booking in again soon 👍

Alice is truly incredible! This is my second full body + Indian head massage I’ve had with her (1.5 hours long) and I feel so so relaxed and chilled afterwards. She hears your concerns and asks if she needs to focus on a specific area and then listens to the needs of your body throughout. Would recommend her to anyone, 100/10 best massage I’ve ever had!
