Without doubt one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve been suffering from really bad neck pain for months. Minty was incredible - she knew exactly where to focus to eliminate the knots I had, and even though it was really painful she did such a good job. I’ll be going back next week and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you minty 🙏🏼

Mint was so good! I turned up a little late as I got stuck in traffic and she still managed to keep the 30 minute slot. She found all the places that were tight and I cna already feel a difference. 100% will be back for 1hr next time :)

It was amazing 👏 I was in a lot of pain before I went in, and I came out with mild pain. Ellie was brilliant, she explained why I was getting the pain and how I could try to prevent it.

As always I come away feeling so much better than when I arrived, Jason as ever very professional but there’s a sense of humour there if you need to be relaxed, difficult visiting someone new for treatment the first time but no worries at Bournemouth Sports Massage…I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
