Linsey is a fabulous physio. She is experienced & knowledgeable. She listens carefully and gives considered advice. She is also fun & very friendly. With her help, and a series of exercises over a couple of months my shoulder issue of several years is resolved. I am delighted. Highly recommend her.

Very necessary release of muscle tension from too much exercise and not enough stretching.

Cleo is very friendly and approachable and discusses what we are going to work on beforehand. She listens to what I need and modifies the treatment to give a great result.

I do like these sessions. First each session is different, some new exercises, some old horror stories 😁 second, if I have an ache or pain from another sport, that gets "special" attention. The tailoring and flexibility is fabulous
