I had a wonderful experience with Fadz today. She is personable, warm and professional which made me feel I was in very good hands from the start and I was not wrong. I had the deluxe head spa and it was amazing. I doubt that you will find the same attention to detail in any other head spas in Melbourne. I look forward to going back to try the body massage.

The signature trinity facial has been my best experience of a facial in Melbourne - Rosalie made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and from start to finish the facial was a wonderful experience - particularly her sculpting massage and careful, gentle extraction. Masseuse (Mook) - 11/10 Location - 8/10 Lobby - 9/10 Room - 7/10 Probably one of the best massages I’ve received in Melbourne for a Thai 1 hour deep tissue. Can’t fault Mook at all. Would have preferred floor vs the table and the room was VERY cool to begin with. Super strong (as requested) in all the right places. Should have booked at least 90 minutes, but hindsight…. Receptionist upon exit was super nice and helpful. Place seems to fill up quickly so book early. Mook was actually double booked for the first time slots so I was very lucky to actually get her. Will return
