Another fabulous massage from Kayleigh. As warm and friendly as always. This deep tissue massage got in to really work through knots and tension. Kayleigh is always so warm, genuine and friendly too.

Really excellent personal training. Even though it was only 30 minutes it felt as strong as a session at the gym. So much more comfortable and convenient. Rich is a great trainer, attentive in assessing our needs and great fun to work with. We were safely in the hands of a total professional and are looking forward to having more stamina and better balance in the months to come. A great experience, thank you Rich.
