I had radio frequency tightening which had far surpassed a clinic in London I had previously attended. While I was getting treatment had brows and lashes done and they were perfect. I had a wonderful back neck and shoulder massage with Danielle. She applied the exact amount of pressure and explained why I was experiencing so much tension in my neck and shoulders. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and put me at my ease ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed at all times. This massage was followed by a wonderful relaxing bee sting facial performed by Amy. This is a firm favourite and as usual, did not disappoint. Amy was extremely professional and by the end of my treatment I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

An excellent neck and back massage in a comfortable and warm environment. Whilst being very professional Natalie is very welcoming and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and provided expert advice on specific exercises to help in easing my symptoms. After my relaxing massage, I would highly recommend Natalie and Urban Soul Holistic Therapy.

Natalie fitted me in last minute (and on a Saturday) as I had a pulled muscle. She was brilliant. A very helpful massage that has resulted in easing pain and loosening things up.
