Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. It was my first time at this Salon after my regular nail tech went MIA. Madison was very friendly, put me at ease the minute I walked through the door, offered me a drink & was warm & welcoming. She explained everything that she would be doing & why, very knowledgeable & well trained & her attention to detail is brilliant also. We chatted, we laughed, all in all I felt very comfortable & well looked after. When her boss, Cassidy came in she also was very warm & friendly too. I will definitely be back & possibly for other treatments too. Thankyou ladies

I just experienced what I can only describe as a spiritual awakening disguised as a deep-tissue massage. I went in feeling like a slightly crumpled houseplant and emerged feeling like I'd gone ten rounds with a particularly enthusiastic badger. Let's be clear, the therapist clearly knew their stuff. They found knots I didn't even know existed. I'm pretty sure they unearthed some ancient tension dating back to the invention of the wheel. Each press, each knead, felt like a tiny exorcism of strimmediately by the agonizing release where I had to fight to not gravitate to the light..

Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

"Knead a Break? This Massage is a Must!" I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage that was so good, it left me feeling like I'd been run over by a truck...in a good way! This massage was a perfect blend of firm pressure that left my back feeling both relaxed and invigorated. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this massage to anyone who's afraid of feeling like they've just been in a wrestling match, but if you're looking for a truly therapeutic experience that'll leave you feeling like a new person this is it.

Booked Madison a while back to do my daughter's nails and I have to say how impressed i was. Communication was great, we had some crossed wires but sorted out efficiently and easily. She is also extremely talented and my daughter is thrilled to bits with both her nails on her hands and feet. She is lovely and made both myself and my daughter feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend her. Thank you.

I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.

Just had a spray tan for the first time with cassidy!!! she very professional and knew her profession really well! made me feel very comfortable, very chatty and friendly. tan doesn't smell like that typical horrible fake tanning smell which is a bonus! and to top it off she add a cute little cherry sticker to create a tan mark which is sexy AF. thank you. I hope to be back again soon.
