Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Got my BIAB done today and I’m so happy with how it turned out! Janvi was really lovely, super professional and did my nails perfectly. Definitely recommend her — I’ll be coming back for sure! The ambience, quality of the salon was to a high standard as well

Well what can I say she’s done it again 😁..... jade is the best beauty therapist ever!!! I’ve been using her for 7 years now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her attention to detail is amazing!! My brows always look perfect she also sorts my back out to her cupping method is so worth it after one session my back is so much better I don’t have any pain anymore. would 100% recommend her to anyone her beauty room is always very clean well decorated and smells so good. My first time here & i was welcomed with a smile, the service was amazing, cosy warm room, i was anxious about the iv infusion but Mubina explained it all so well and put me at ease with her kindess, experience she shared. She kept coming to check up on me , left me an ipad with netflix and warm drink to relax through the treatment. We ended up chatting throughout. The IV infusion has left me feeling so energised. Within 24hrs i felt the plump and glow in my face. I feel refreshed and positive. My mornings are a whole lot better now. I will be back soon! X
