Absolutely loved my experience at The Zen Den. The atmosphere is incredibly calm and relaxing from the moment you walk in – soft lighting, peaceful music, and a warm, welcoming vibe. I had the scalp and body massage, and it was truly wonderful. The therapist was attentive and skilled, with just the right pressure to melt away tension. The scalp massage in particular was pure bliss – deeply soothing and grounding. Overall, it was a lovely and serene experience that left me feeling completely refreshed and rebalanced. Highly recommend The Zen Den if you're looking to unwind and treat yourself.

I go to Emma every two weeks ! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I am a fitness instructor and carry a lot of tension around my neck and shoulders. Emma is brilliant at what she does and is a lovely person. I also have ear candelling every two weeks also as it helps me loads with headaches x

Honestly can’t recommend Emma enough. I’ve had loads of massages of Emma and every single one has been amazing. Had a lower leg and foot massage today and WOW… so good. Walked out feeling like I was floating 😂 highly recommend
