The spa is very new, modern, and clean. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Ms Kay. I went in very sore & full of knots but left feeling extremely relaxed and she did an amazing job relieving the pain. The tea to go at the end was also a nice touch! I highly recommend Silver Spa and Ms Kay!!

I had an amazing massage with Alwyn! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely at ease. He was not only kind and attentive but also thorough and highly informative, explaining what he was doing and how it could help with my tension. I already feel so much better. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything was immaculately clean. Service was excellent. Massage was incredible. Complementary chocolates and drinks, and fresy brewed tea to enjoy after. Very organised and smoothly run. Highly recommended and will be back!

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

My experience here was AMAZING! If i could give a million stars i would. The Man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and my appointment was with Ms Nairn, I couldnt reccommend her enough! She is friendly, attentive and a very skilled massage therapist. The atmousphere was extremely relaxing, i fell asleep during my massage and after i felt like i was floating on air! when i was leaving i got a lovely cup of tea to take with me and it had my name on it with a lovely smiley face and heart, they also had chocolates to take aswel. Best experience ive had by far, i will defo be back!

So good. Beautiful salon. Friendly and welcoming. I had a neck and back Swedish massage and it was so good. Mandy listened to my needs to customise the massage. It was relaxing but also felt like it was really helpful for the back pain and stress I was carrying. Would gladly recommend and will be returning.
